Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
DRONETREX ships to all destinations. Orders which do not exceed the maximum dimensions and weight of the packaged box size restrictions as imposed by your local postal authority can be shipped to all International countries. Where the orders exceed the box size restriction, we will email you to propose other options. The current weight limit for all orders is 20 Kgs (kilograms). Should your order be heavier than this limit, we will email you to propose other shipping solutions, some of which, may increase the shipping cost for you.
All orders will be shipped via China Post to the confirmed delivery address unless otherwise requested.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Register Air Post is our standard shipping method. Packages are delivered in an average of 1 ~ 2 weeks to most of the destination in US and UK. Deliveries to Italy and France may take longer. Signature upon delivery would be required. For PayPal Payment, we ship the order to the address we receive with your Paypal notices. For Western Union Transfer payment, we ship to the billing address only.

EXPRESS SHIPPING EMS (Recommended)
Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. Packages are shipped in an average 1 ~ 3 business day. No weekend delivery in general. Signature upon delivery would be required. For Paypal Payment, we ship the order to the address we receive with your Paypal notices. For Western Union Transfer payment, we ship to the billing address only. On line tracking would be provided.
DRONETREX will do all the best to ship at the soonest possible time, usually within 24 hours or by the next working day. Nevertheless, delivery will be handled by the carriers in your countries. DRONETREX will not be held responsible for any delivery delays beyond our control. If you would like to have your shipment to be delivered in a later date, please notify us by email after purchase.
We deliver to P.O. Box, APO, and FPO locations which is confirmed by Paypal or for those who paid by Western Union Transfer Payment.
Please be aware that our quotes for international orders do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees or import consumption taxes. Nevertheless, we will do our best to help. A lower value invoice could be provided as a courtesy to customers, Please specify it when you paid for the items. Please feel free to write to us if anything we might help.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary, since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new, in an unused condition and Return Authorization Number was issued (see below). Used, defective merchandise can also be returned to us for manufacturer warranty repairs where applicable. Repairs fees and shipping would be charged. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, DRONETREX may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Simply follow the instructions below.
In general, returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.
Products eligible for return must be new, unused, unaltered, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Products must be repackaged properly in the original packaging. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made. Products will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
The R.A. number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Indicate your Return Authorization Number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return. Please write the R.A. number clearly on the outside of your returning package. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured directly to DRONETREX. The return must be received by OVERSKYRC 14 calendar days after the R.A. number has been issued.
